Product design for complex, data-dense SaaS.

I'm a Lead Product Designer based in Melbourne, specialising in design systems and AI-powered design for complex, data-dense B2B SaaS platforms. I was the sole design authority for four years at Pronto, a project management platform serving 60,000+ users across 30+ countries, where I built the token-based design system, led the platform's first two AI-powered features, and redesigned the dashboard experience across every user role. I also worked as UX/UI Designer on Mercury, a multi-brand reseller console for VentraIP, built on a token system that let one component set carry unlimited reseller brands.

Across that work, the through-line is owning discovery through delivery rather than handing a project off between stages: auditing what exists, running the research, making the call on what to build, and staying involved through adoption.
